LEAD TIME

This item usually takes around 2-3 weeks from day of approval of artwork (this is not the same as the date of ordering), usually a few days later.  Please allow up to 3-4 weeks delivery in busy periods.  If your order is more urgent than this, please contact us as sometimes we can despatch more quickly, depending on quantity.

REPEAT ORDERS
NOTE: Setup fee is for the cost of producing a custom mould for your order.  If this is a repeat order for a design produced by us in the last 12 months, please contact us and we'll send you a special link excluding the setup fee (if applicable).
